What is your handling time?

Our usual handling time is 3-5 business days before your order gets shipped out.

I'm in Canada, what's UniUni Shipping?

UniUni is a shipping carrier partnered with Stallion Express, basically a third party middleman that lets us offer cheaper prices than Canada Post. Should you still want Canada Post though, we do have that option.

I don't like this price!

Why is shipping so expensive for this item?

If you're staring at an absurdly high shipping quote, the shipping varies WAY too much for us to put an actual number on it. If you're in Canada/US it'll definitely be lower; if you're international, not so much. Interested in purchasing? Get a hold of us and we'll get an exact number.

How do you decant your fragrances?

We use a sterile syringe to take straight from the original bottle.

Are your decant bottles good quality?

Yes! We use glass decant bottles for all our sizes.
